Comprehensive UX research as foundation

We conducted in-depth UX research to ground the rebrand in real customer needs and business goals. By combining audits, analytics, interviews, and workshops, we identified pain points and opportunities, mapped user journeys, created user personas, and defined clear design principles. This user-centered foundation ensured usability, and alignment with both customer experience (CX) best practices and business objectives.

More than just bills and top-ups: creating lovable design

Our master interface designs aimed to make everyday telco interactions not only smooth but genuinely enjoyable. By focusing on high-quality UX/UI for core features: like purchasing plans or devices, billing, and top-ups, we transformed functional tasks into moments of delight with design. This approach built stronger emotional connections with users and elevated the brand beyond utility.

Redefined web sales experience

We aimed to create a seamless and user-friendly experience that aligned with Yettel's business objectives. The new flow was designed with a step-by-step, easy-to-follow process that guided users through selecting the right subscription plans and devices. We introduced bundling options to simplify the process of combining products and services, and added features like extra services, insurance, and accessories to enhance the purchasing experience. Additionally, we offered zero-percent financing options to make high-value devices more affordable, encouraging user engagement and purchase confidence.

A scalable, future-proof Design System

We developed a comprehensive digital design system to guarantee consistency and scalability across all CEE markets. Built in Figma and documented in Zeroheight, it empowers both marketing teams and engineers to adapt and launch digital experiences independently while maintaining brand integrity. The system serves as a single source of truth for components, colors, patterns, and interactions: future-proofing the brand’s digital presence and making high-quality design accessible everywhere.

Thorough UX testing with interactive prototype

We created interactive prototypes for the most critical mobile app journeys and guided the usability testing process, while the testing agency conducted 45 in-depth interviews across three markets. Insights from this process informed our final design iterations, ensuring the experience was intuitive, and closely aligned with user needs.

Efficient collaboration across teams

We collaborated closely with the branding and testing agencies, as well as the client’s CEE task force, to ensure consistent, high-quality rollout across markets. By providing guidance, scalable solutions, and proactive support, we met tight deadlines and earned excellent feedback from internal teams. Our boutique agency delivered big-impact results with professionalism, flexibility, and motivation.
