The project focused on building a modern, flexible procurement platform to support complex sourcing operations. Delivered in close collaboration with the client, the solution aligns with existing processes and helps procurement teams work more efficiently.

Challenge

The platform needed to support a wide range of procurement use cases, from strategic sourcing to day-to-day operations, while remaining modular and easy to use. Ensuring fast decisions and clear alignment throughout the project was essential to keep delivery on track.

At the same time, the client took on the role of Product Owner, actively supporting the team with domain expertise and fast decision-making. This close collaboration was critical, but it also required tight coordination between business, design, and development throughout the process.

Based on these insights, we helped define a modular system design that could support both strategic and operational sourcing. The architecture was built to scale, allowing new features and workflows to be added without destabilising the core platform.

Build

We provided a dedicated Scrum team, covering both frontend and backend development. Working in close collaboration with the client as Product Owner, we delivered the MVP iteratively, ensuring continuous feedback and alignment with real procurement needs.
