Challenge

Key obstacles included streamlining the reporting process for non-experts while maintaining scientific accuracy, and motivating users to participate without overcomplicating the experience.

The app needed to balance simplicity and functionality across devices, ensuring accessibility for both enthusiasts and researchers. Ultimately, Pragmatick had to seamlessly connect users with scientists to collect precise data and combat the spread of Hyalomma ticks.
