So yes, the news is true.
After nearly two decades of designing and delivering digital products, dina (Digital Natives) is joining forces with Civitta. Civitta is an international consulting and digital firm headquartered in Estonia, with 750+ professionals across 20+ countries. We see this as a structural upgrade, and we would love to walk you through it.
Why this, why now?###
We’ve always operated close to the product: translating ideas into working solutions, navigating ambiguity, and staying accountable to what actually ships. That focus hasn’t changed, but the context around it has: projects got more complex, and the world is now more intertwined. The distance between strategy and execution is often where things break. What Civitta adds is not just scale, but continuity: a strong presence across multiple markets and capabilities that extend upstream: into strategy, funding, and transformation. What we bring is the downstream reality check: making things tangible, usable, and real. Together, we aim to create a more complete system.
What changes (and what doesn’t)###
What changes? In practical terms, not much. We still work with product focus, small-team ownership, and a clear bias toward execution. We still build things that need to work outside presentation decks.
The beneficial change will be the platform around us: access to Civitta’s presence in 20+ countries, a broader client base, cross-market opportunities, and shared expertise in innovation, funding, and public sector transformation. It also strengthens our position when pursuing larger or more complex projects.
Scale what works, without diluting what made it valuable in the first place.
